Create design onlineAbout Supertunia® Giant Pink Petunia
Supertunia® Giant Pink is a vigorous, trailing annual petunia with large pink flowers. It grows about 6–12 inches tall and 24–36 inches wide, with trailing stems that can extend to about 36 inches.
## In the Garden
The broad, cascading habit works well as a container spiller or at the front of a sunny bed. Proven Winners lists it for spring through fall bloom and notes good weather tolerance, continuous flowering, and flowers that attract butterflies and hummingbirds.
## Growing Conditions
Plant in part sun to full sun and average soil. Keep moisture steady, especially in hanging baskets, and avoid severe wilting. Proven Winners lists USDA hardiness zones 10a–11b; in cooler regions, grow it as a seasonal annual.
## Maintenance
Spent flowers do not need regular deadheading. Feed regularly, following label directions. If the plant becomes open or overlong in midsummer, trim the longest stems lightly, removing no more than about one-fifth at a time, then continue watering and feeding.
