Supertunia® Lovie Dovie Petunia

Supertunia Lovie Dovie is a mounding, trailing annual petunia whose white flowers carry a pink star pattern. Its stems can trail from baskets and containers while the plant fills the center of a planting. [Proven Winners](https://c1.provenwinners.com/plants/petunia/supertunia-lovie-dovie-petunia) identifies code BBTUN91601 and lists a 4–12 inch garden height, an 18–24 inch spread, part sun to sun, average water, and flowering through hard frost. ## Growing Use Lovie Dovie in a sunny border or container, allowing space for the trailing stems. Keep moisture consistent, particularly in pots, and feed regularly while it is actively growing. The listing notes heat tolerance and identifies butterflies and hummingbirds as flower visitors. ## Maintenance There is no need to remove spent flowers to keep it blooming. Around midsummer, trim only the longest stems if the plant needs shaping; avoid removing more than about one fifth of its growth, then feed to encourage another flush.
