Supertunia® Mini Vista® Indigo Petunia

Supertunia Mini Vista Indigo is a compact, mounding, trailing annual petunia with blue-purple flowers whose shade changes over time. The official listing identifies code BBTUN93201 and describes a 6–12 inch garden height, an 18–24 inch spread, and trailing stems to 24 inches. [Proven Winners](https://www.provenwinners.com/plants/petunia/supertunia-mini-vista-indigo-petunia) lists part sun to sun, average water, and flowers from planting to hard frost. ## Growing Use this selection in a sunny border or container, giving the trailing stems room to spread. Keep soil consistently moist without allowing severe wilting, and feed regularly during active growth. The page describes it as heat tolerant and lists blue and purple flowers. ## Maintenance Deadheading is unnecessary. If growth becomes uneven by midsummer, shorten the longest stems without removing more than about one fifth of the plant, then feed to support new flowers. The patent record names the exact BBTUN93201 cultivar and records U.S. plant patent PP33,278, granted July 20, 2021: [Google Patents](https://patents.google.com/patent/USPP33278P3/en).
