Supertunia Vista® Bubblegum® Petunia

The original Supertunia Vista Bubblegum is the petunia selection registered as USTUNI6001, with “Supertunia Vista Bubblegum” recorded as its trade name. It belongs to the vigorous Vista series, which was developed for broad landscape displays and large mixed plantings. ## Placement and display The original Vista series profile describes mounding growth, full-sun exposure, and a long season of flowers; it recommends this group for large combinations and landscape plantings. Give plants room to spread and use the Vista habit as a broad filler among taller or more upright companions. Match stock by the USTUNI6001 denomination so the original selection remains distinct from similarly named material. ## Growing conditions Plant in a sunny site and use a well-drained growing medium. The series grower guide describes moderate-to-moist water needs; check containers regularly because they can dry more quickly than beds, and water before the mix becomes dry. A consistent supply of moisture supports active growth during warm weather. ## Maintenance The Vista guide describes the series as self-cleaning, so routine removal of spent flowers is unnecessary. Remove damaged stems as needed and allow the plant to spread within its allotted space.
