PanAmerican lists 1.75–2-inch flowers and recommends the series for packs and landscapes. ## Growing Conditions Give the plant full sun and moderately fertile, well-drained soil. French marigolds can grow in clay, loam, or sandy soils; keep the root zone moist but well drained. The Hot Pak series was bred for flowering in summer heat and humidity.
