Create design onlineAbout Corinthian® Little Leaf Linden
Corinthian® little-leaf linden (Tilia cordata 'Corzam') forms a narrow pyramidal crown with a straight central trunk and evenly spaced branches. It reaches about 45 feet tall by 15 feet wide, and the breeder lists it for USDA Zone 3 ([J. Frank Schmidt & Son Co.](https://jfschmidt.com/all-trees/corinthian-linden/)).
## Garden Use
Its upright outline suits a street planting, parkway, or site where a broad-canopied linden would take too much room. The small, thick leaves create a fine texture, turn yellow in fall, and drop seasonally. Little-leaf linden flowers are pale yellow and fragrant in summer; the Morton Arboretum confirms the cultivar’s mature size and shape and describes these species traits ([profile](https://mortonarb.org/plant-and-protect/trees-and-plants/little-leaved-linden/)).
## Growing Conditions
Plant in full sun and moist, well-drained soil, allowing room for the mature crown. Water during establishment and extended dry periods.
## Maintenance
Keep the central leader and evenly spaced scaffold branches as the tree develops. Remove dead or damaged branches as needed; avoid routine shearing that would distort its naturally narrow form.
