Glenleven Linden

Selected from open polinated seedlings at Sheridan Nursery in the 1960's mostly due to its straight leader and uniform habit, this cultivar is most likely a cross between a Tilia cordata and an americana. Faster growing than many of the little leaf species with slightly larger leaves. Like other Lindens, Glenleven has fragrant yellow blooms in the spring and yellow fall color.
