Freefall™ XL Bright Yellow Viola

Freefall™ XL Bright Yellow is a spreading pansy selected for its clear yellow flowers and useful trailing growth. The Syngenta product code 70092053 identifies this specific color selection within the Freefall XL series, whose larger flowers and tidy, non-tangling habit suit containers as well as garden beds. ## Size and placement Allow about 4–6 inches of height and 14–20 inches of spread. Site it in full sun, part sun, or part shade, according to local heat and light conditions. Its spreading habit can soften a basket or container edge and fill the front of a seasonal bed. ## Seasonal display The breeder lists flowering in early spring, mid-spring, and fall, with a hardiness range of USDA zones 9a–11a. In colder areas, grow it as a seasonal annual and protect it from severe cold. Floranova describes Freefall XL as prolific through the season and suited to hanging baskets, containers, and landscape planting. ## Maintenance Keep the planting evenly watered while it is actively growing, and remove faded flowers or damaged growth as needed to keep the display tidy.
