Longwood Purple Purple Blooming American Wisteria

American wisteria blooms later than Asian varieties. The fragrant light purple flowers are slightly smaller but will sporadically rebloom from summer through early fall, turning into interesting seed pods. Blooms appear on new growth so prune heavily in the spring.
