Create design onlineAbout Silver Anniversary Yucca
Silver Anniversary is a compact Yucca hybrid with powder-blue foliage and a dome-shaped rosette canopy. Its mature flower stalks carry cream-white bell-shaped flowers above burgundy stems.
## Garden Uses
Use this distinctive foliage plant in a sunny border or a planted container where its blue rosettes provide lasting structure. Multiple offsets develop as the plant matures, gradually broadening the clump.
## Growing Conditions
The patent describes a cross of Yucca filamentosa and Yucca pallida, flowering in May and June, and hardy in USDA zones 5b through 10b. It prefers full sun to part sun and well-drained soil, and tolerates drought once established.
## Maintenance
Water during establishment, then let the soil dry between deep waterings. Leave room for offsets and remove old flower stalks when they finish. See the [Silver Anniversary plant patent](https://patents.google.com/patent/USPP31437P2/en).
