Double Zahara™ White Zinnia

Double Zahara™ White is a mounded, upright annual zinnia with fully double white flowers. The breeder reports that a small proportion of plants may show pink blushing, so blooms can vary slightly. ## Growing Conditions The [White profile](https://www.panamseed.com/Products/065705372005863/zinnia-double-zahara-white/) lists a 16–20 inch height and spread, sun exposure, and landscape and container use. [North Carolina State Extension](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/zinnia-marylandica/common-name/zinnia/) recommends full sun to partial shade and moist, well-drained soil; it lists clay, high-organic-matter, loam, and sandy soils. The species profile identifies USDA zones 11–12, medium growth, low maintenance, green foliage, and flowers that attract butterflies and other pollinators. ## Seasonal Interest The breeder lists spring, late spring, summer, late summer, and autumn flowering. White remains the dominant stated color, with occasional pink blush. ## Maintenance Provide spacing for airflow to help prevent powdery mildew. Deadhead spent flowers to prolong the bloom season, following the species-level extension guidance.
