Uproar™ Rose Zinnia

Uproar™ Rose is a heat-loving annual zinnia with upright stems and double rose-pink flowers. Syngenta lists this exact seed selection as product 70021364 and recommends it for sunny gardens and cut-flower use. ## Landscape Use Plants reach about 24–28 inches tall and wide, making room for both the flowering canopy and airflow around the foliage. The strong stems and full double blooms bring height to an annual bed and provide flowers for cutting. ## Light, Soil, and Water Give zinnias a warm site with full sun and well-drained soil. Water at the base when the top layer of soil dries, avoiding frequent wetting of leaves. Good air circulation helps limit powdery mildew in humid weather, as outlined in [University of Minnesota Extension’s zinnia guide](https://extension.umn.edu/garden-and-home/yard-and-garden/gardening-in-minnesota/zinnia). ## Seasonal Interest Syngenta lists flowering from spring through fall in its production schedule. In home gardens, expect the strongest display during warm weather; the plant is an annual rather than a winter-hardy perennial. ## Maintenance Remove faded flowers to encourage new blooms. Cut flowers regularly for arrangements, and leave enough spacing for the upright stems to dry after rain or irrigation.
