Zahara® Raspberry Lemonade Mixture Zinnia

Zahara® Raspberry Lemonade Mixture Zinnia is a compact annual zinnia in PanAmerican Seed’s Zahara series, with a mounded, upright habit for sunny seasonal plantings. The breeder lists spring through summer flowering and a mature size of about 12–18 inches tall and wide. ## Growing Conditions The Raspberry Lemonade mixture combines Raspberry, Yellow, and Starlight Rose selections. Zahara zinnias are noted for strong performance in heat and drought; their full-sun exposure and manageable size suit beds, containers, and mass plantings. NC State describes Zinnia marylandica as an annual for full sun to partial shade, in clay, sandy, organic, or loamy soil with good drainage and moist conditions. The species is suited to borders and containers and attracts butterflies and other pollinators.
