'Zahara® XL Pink' Zinnia

Zahara® XL Pink zinnia brings bright pink flowers to sunny borders and containers. The Zahara XL series is known for vigorous growth and larger blooms for a long display in the garden ([PanAmerican Seed Zahara XL catalog](https://www.panamseed.com/documents/catalogs/18324_PASCatalog2020_Final_Allpages_LR.pdf)). ## Growing Conditions Plant in full sun for best flowering, in soil that drains well and stays evenly moist. The [NC State Extension zinnia profile](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/zinnia-marylandica/common-name/zinnia/) describes zinnias as adaptable to clay, loam, sand, and high-organic-matter soils, and suitable for borders, containers, mass plantings, and cut flowers. ## Maintenance Deadhead regularly and maintain airflow around the foliage. Check plants during warm, humid weather and remove faded blooms as they appear.
