Create design onlineAbout Superbells® Calibrachoa Series by Proven Winners
Superbells® is Proven Winners’ series of Calibrachoa annuals, known for abundant summer flowers and heat tolerance. It suits sunny containers and, where soil drains freely, garden beds; the [Proven Winners growing guide](https://www.provenwinners.com/learn/how-plant/how-grow-superbells-calibrachoa) describes its flowering and care needs.
## Growing conditions
Give Superbells full sun for the strongest bloom. Plants tolerate part sun, though they may flower less and grow more open there. Use well-drained soil; sandy or loamy beds and raised beds drain well, while containers are a practical choice where garden soil stays wet.
## Water and feeding
Calibrachoa roots are sensitive to saturated soil. In containers, water when the top of the potting mix feels dry, then water thoroughly and let excess drain. Avoid frequent watering that keeps the mix wet. Regular feeding supports the series’ prolonged flower display; follow the fertilizer label.
## Garden use
Use Superbells in patio containers or sunny, well-drained beds for a season-long display. The series blooms through summer and does not require routine deadheading. Its selections vary in color and growth habit, so choose individual varieties for the desired appearance and form.
## Maintenance
Remove damaged growth as needed. If plants become stretched in a low-light position, move them to a sunnier spot and trim lightly to encourage branching. Continue watering according to soil dryness and drainage.
